NEWS > Salix Promotes Cleanleach at the HTA’s Plant Health Conference

Salix sponsored and set up a stand at the Horticulture Trade Association’s (HTA) Plant Health Conference, held at the National Agri-Food Innovation Campus near York on Wednesday 17 February 2016. The event is for plant growers and their customers (retailers, landscapers and garden designers) and was run in partnership with the Animal and Plant Health Agency (APHA).

The programme, delivered by industry experts and practitioners, covered all aspects of plant health from plant passports and inspections to the risk register and contingency plans. Over 100 people attended the event, including nursery managers, gardening product retailers, representatives of the HTA (the trade association for the garden industry), the Royal Horticultural Society, Animal & Plant Health Agency, the Food & Environment Research Agency (FERA), Department for Food & Rural Affairs (Defra), the Scottish Government, Forestry Commission England and the horticulture trade press.
